How long is the experience?

One hour. The Lunch Omakase is designed to move with intention.

How many seats are available?

Eight. The counter seats eight guests per seating, keeping the experience intimate by design.

What are the seating times?

Two seatings Tuesday–Friday: 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM. Three on Saturdays: 12 PM, 1:30 PM, and 3:00 PM.

Do you accept walk-ins?

No. The Omakase is by reservation only. Bookings close 90 minutes before each seating.

The Menu

What's on the menu?

That's up to the chef. The menu changes daily based on what's seasonal and what's exceptional. But you can always expect premium Hello Nori Hand Rolls.

Can I see the menu in advance?

No. That's the point.

How many courses?

Courses vary with the season and is reflected with the price of your seat.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. Please note in your booking. We'll do our best to accommodate where the kitchen allows.

What's the difference between the Omakase and the standard Hello Nori menu?

The Lunch Omakase occupies eight of our 36 seats at the King West counter. The Omakase is a separate, chef-led experience running alongside it. Same counter. Two different experiences.

Booking & Pricing

How does pricing work?

Seats are priced by demand, like a seat on a flight. Book early and the price reflects it. Full payment is collected at time of booking.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Reservations are non-refundable but transferable. If your plans change, you can transfer your seat to another guest up to 24 hours before your seating.

Is tip included?

Yes, 18% gratuity is included in your booking.
